The real shift came later, when I realised: Nothing was broken. What was missing was integration and embodiment.

Everything is reflected back to you as a coherent whole. Self-judgement softens as you realise you were never broken—only brilliantly adaptive.
Change happens in the "doing." We gather in a low-demand group setting to practice living what you've discovered. Triggers become data points; responding replaces reacting.
Following Session 5, you receive a comprehensive, personalized report. This document consolidates your patterns, somatic signatures, and soul blueprint into a single reference point—a permanent map to guide your future decisions.
